Refund Policy

Please review and adapt this policy to your actual terms before publishing.

We check every license before it is sent. If a license does not activate, contact us with your order number and a screenshot of the error. We will help you activate it, and if the license is faulty we will replace it or refund you.

Because digital licenses cannot be returned once revealed and used, refunds are not available for licenses that have been activated successfully or for purchases made by mistake after delivery.
